As restoration experts and proud local residents, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to work on this 17th-century gem in the heart of the Sussex countryside. This magnificent Grade II Listed Building was the subject of extensive restoration and renovation to restore it to its former glory. Our concentrated restoration work included a complete refit of traditional fixtures and fittings using complementary materials such as reclaimed stone and oak flooring. Our joinery team constructed a kitchen extension from green oak which added a note of modernity and style without compromising the original structure. The heating and insulation systems were designed utilising the very latest in green technology, from ground source heat pumps to solar, and wherever possible we implemented our environmental conscience by using responsibly sourced .
Our favourite features are… The stunning oak and stone floors.
